I'm at a Starbucks studying a bit. But shall I pay $6/hour for the T-Mobile Wi-Fi they market here? Hah! With a little finagling, I was able to set up my smartphone to be a modem via Bluetooth. Pretty slick stuff. It's roughly a 56k connection (sadly my phone does not have a broadband chip), but I have unlimited internet access on my phone plan.

A certain song comes to mind.. dare I mention Napoleon Dynamite? Napoleon's brother, Kip, serenades his bride with a touching ditty about how much he loves her…and technology.

I suppose I shall return to some very intriguing reading about historical inquiry in photography.
